Repairation

We repair all smartphones and tablets available in the market including Apple, HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia and Huawei smartphones.

We also repair computers including laptops and notebooks.

How long does a repair take?

If you drop your device off at our walk in centre most repairs are undertaken within 4 hours subject to parts availability. If parts from external sources are required, we aim to receive the necessary parts within 48 hours.

If you are shipping your phone to via post us, After receiving your mobile phone, it may take up to 5 working days to receive your device back.

Will I lose any personal data?

We endeavour to keep all information intact, unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss of data prior, during or after the repair.

What happens if you can't repair my device?

We operate on a no fix no fee policy, which means if we do not repair your phone/computer, we will not charge you anything.

We understand personal data can be important to you, so with your permission we will try to attempt to recover it, costing you a small fee for recovering the personal data.

What kind of part do you use?

We aim to use 100% genuine parts where possible.
If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.

I have multiple issues with my smartphone, deal?

We only charge for labour once, we can repair multiple issues as part of one job.

Repair by Post (Send-in Service)

What can I send in to you?

If you can’t drop your broken device off at our shop. You can send in your device via post.

You can search repair services here, if you can’t find your repair service listing on this website, please contact us here. We will give you an estimate quotation and the details for you to post your device without creating an order.

What do I need to do before sending my device to you?

Post your device to us.
When packaging up your mobile device, use bubble wrap or alternatives for a safe delivery. Please leave a note inside with the order number, name or email address detailed, you can also print out the order details emailed to you.

When we have received your mobile device, you will be updated at every step via email. You can track the progress of the repair in your orders.

When your mobile device is repaired:
You will receive an invoice to make a payment online. After payment is made, we will ship the device back to you.

If your mobile device has other issues:
We will contact you with further details and a revised quote.

If your mobile device cannot be repaired:
You will receive an invoice of £0 and we will ship the device back to you.

You will not be charged for return shipping.

When and how do I pay?

You will not be required to pay for our services when ordering a repair service through our website, or sending in your device. You are responsible for the postage cost when sending the device to us.

When your mobile device is repaired:
You will receive an invoice to make a payment online. After payment is made, we will ship the device back to you.

If your mobile device has other issues:
We will contact you with further details and a revised quote.

If your mobile device cannot be repaired:
You will receive an invoice of £0 and we will ship the device back to you.

You will not be charged for return shipping.

You will be able to pay the invoice online via PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card.

Do I have to include my passcode with my phone?

It is recommended. We need the passcode in order to test your phone after the repair. If you do not wish to provide your passcode, certain phone functions won’t be tested such us camera, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, and therefore can’t be verified by us to work.

Do you need my SIM card?

No, we do not need your SIM card, We recommend removing your SIM card and SD card from your device before sending your phone into us for repair.
